- When you initially contact us about your removal we arrange a meeting to call in and plan your move with you. This informal meeting allows us to start our detailed planning process.
- The initial meeting is to discuss your plans in detail, to enable us to provide a comprehensive and personalised written quotation. This is your chance to discuss any items needing particular attention, any concerns you may have – no matter how small, and to allow us to establish ourselves as the right choice for your relocation.
- Using our packing service, substantially reduces the workload for you. Our team arrives with all materials required to carefully pack all of the possessions discussed in our initial meeting for the safe removal and onward delivery of your home. We arrange times to fit in with you and allocate enough time to ensure all of your things are correctly packed and arrive in one piece.
- If you are doing the packing yourself, our online shop provides boxes, tape, bubble wrap, dust free paper for glassware, wardrobe boxes and cartons, indeed everything you are likely to need in preparation for your move. If you need any advice just email or call us, and if there is any any specific packaging material you need which is not in the online shop, just let us know and we will arrange it for you. Your packaging will be delivered to you as you require it, and after you have moved house, we collect it for reuse or recycling.
- Often we are asked to undertake additional tasks, which we are always happy to accommodate. You may for example, need a trip to a charity shop, other local locations for collection and drop off or just “a trip to the tip” we will build it all into your individual moving day plan, to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible.
